It’s not an easy decision to decentralize.

분산경영으로 가는 것이 쉬운 결정은 아닙니다.

 

기업이 구조를 중앙화(centralization)할 것인지 분산화(decentralization)할 것인지를 결정하는 것은 쉽지 않습니다. 소규모 신생기업은 centralization이 효과적이고 기업 규모가 커지면서 decentralization으로 옮겨 가는 것이 일반적입니다.

A: I think it’s about time to reconsider our corporate structure. In my opinion, the company has grown to such a size that in can no longer be effectively managed in a centralized manner.


B: But it’s not an easy decision to give up centralization and decentralize. We need to weigh the pros and cons of doing so carefully.

그렇게 할 경우의 장단점을 신중하게 고려해야 합니다.
